Udder Nonsense Creamery... a crazy Brit, an adventurous mid westener and a Virginia diehard.  Steve, Patti and Darin were inspired by joint dreams, owning their our own cows, churning delicious Gelato and perfecting local made cheese.  Their was and is no grand plan..  Steve an entrepeneur who loves new challenges, Patti with a degree in chemical engineering and a love of  the great outdoors, and Darin, a Va Tech grad and Colonial Williamsburg livestock manager we decided we had the perfect ingredients for an endevour too crazy to ignore.  Without too much more thought, Udder Nonsense Creamery was born. Almost a year in the making here we are with a custom dairy/creamery building, 3 beautiful Jersey cows, Hokie, Harriet and Clara Belle, a 5 month old Steer, Boxy and a newborn calf, Buttercup...

All our dairy inspections complete, and hundreds of hours of Patti's R and D, along with Steve and Darin's taste testing and we are ready to rock and roll.
